A chance to experience the third dimension of wine, the changes brought on by patience and time in the bottle. We’ve been stashing away rare & mature bottles for this one, and it’ll be a great opportunity to help understand exactly what that ageing process results in.

Expect wines from classic regions in varying styles, perhaps some more unexpected locations and who knows what else.
